1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Al Arz Group (“Company,” “we,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Self-Drive Car Rental Terms

2.1 Eligibility

  • The primary driver must be at least 21 years of age (25 for premium vehicles).
  • A valid Indian driving license (held for a minimum of 1 year) is mandatory.
  • Government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) is required.

2.2 Vehicle Usage

  • Vehicles must be used only on public roads within India.
  • Off-road driving, racing, or use under the influence of alcohol/drugs is strictly prohibited.
  • Sub-letting or allowing unauthorized persons to drive is not permitted.
  • Vehicles must not be used for commercial purposes (ride-sharing, goods transport).

2.3 Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank. The renter must return the vehicle with a full tank. Failure to do so will result in a refueling charge at prevailing market rates plus a ₹200 service fee.

2.4 Mileage

Standard plans include 250 km/day. Excess mileage is charged at ₹8–₹15 per km depending on the vehicle category. Unlimited mileage plans are available upon request.

2.5 Insurance & Liability

Basic third-party insurance is included. The renter is liable for a damage excess of ₹5,000–₹25,000 depending on the vehicle. Traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.

3. Booking & Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or advance (as applicable).
  • A refundable security deposit of ₹3,000–₹10,000 is collected at pickup.
  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash at our office.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Booked prices are honored.

4. General Service Terms

For all other Al Arz Group verticals (Real Estate, Construction, Interior Work, Event Management, AC Services, Tours & Travels, Car Sale & Service), specific terms will be provided in individual service agreements at the time of engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Al Arz Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysore, Karnataka.
