1. Self-Drive Car Rentals

1.1 Cancellation Windows

1.2 Early Returns

If you return the vehicle earlier than the booked duration, no refund will be provided for the unused days unless the early return is due to a vehicle defect (verified by our team).

1.3 Extensions

Rental extensions are subject to availability. Contact us at least 4 hours before your scheduled return to request an extension. Late returns without approval will incur a penalty of 1.5x the daily rate per additional day.

2. Other Services

Cancellation and refund policies for Real Estate, Construction, Interior Work, Event Management, and other Al Arz Group services are outlined in individual service agreements provided at the time of engagement.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Security deposits are refunded within 48 hours of vehicle return (subject to damage inspection)
  • UPI refunds may take 24–48 hours; card refunds may take 5–10 days depending on your bank

4. Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Al Arz Group will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
